Stoeterij Sterrehof synovium

Stud farm Sterrehof

At Sterrehof Stud quality is the main theme, in every respect. It all adds up to our goal: from foal to Olympic horse. Parallel to this long and ambitious track is our vision, forming the very basis of the ways we run and manage our business. We start from genetically interesting horses with substantial top sport potential. For this talent to fully prosper we create the best possible environmental conditions, starting from optimal care and management. A number of aspects at our yard secure the horses’ welfare. Sterrehof Stud was a herald in this respect ten years ago and continues to be an inspiration ever since.

Anouk Frieling Synovium Paard

Anouk Frieling

I am Anouk Frieling and I have been working as a representative at Synovium since December 2022.
I have had a passion from an early age
for horses and the equestrian sector.
Because of my passion for the equestrian sector and the interest in turning this passion into my job, I started studying animal and livestock farming at the HAS University of Applied Sciences in Den Bosch. After completing the Bachelor Animal and Livestock Farming in 2020, I started the Master Equine Sciences at Aberystwyth University in Wales to
to gain more specific knowledge, based on scientific research, mainly in the field of horse nutrition. In 2021 I successfully completed this master and graduated. After my studies in Wales I gained a year of work experience as an equine nutrition expert in England. I then returned to the Netherlands and have been working at Synovium ever since.
