Synovium Linseed Oil contains Linseed oil from the first cold pressing. Linseed oil is a plant-based oil and contains Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids that have an anti-inflammatory functions in the body. In addition, Linseed oil supports intestinal function, healthy skin and a glossy coat. The fatty acids in Linseed oil provide the horse with a long-lasting form of energy. Therefore, this product is also very suitable for poor doers or (sport) horses that require extra energy without the addition of extra starch or sugar to the diet

Linseed oil is a plant-based oil and contains a high amount of natural Omega-3 fatty acids (1). Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids as horses cannot produce them and must obtain them through their diet. Fatty acids are for instance important for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. The Omega-3 fatty acids in linseed oil also have an anti-inflammatory effect (2), making linseed oil suitable for horses with joint or tendon issues (3).  

Fat is metabolised relatively slow in the body and thus provides the horse with a long-term form of energy (4). During prolonged intensive exercise, this form of energy therefore provides the muscles with sufficient energy (5).

Horse: add 2 doses daily to the feed.
Pony: add 1 dose daily to the feed.

Linseed oil

1 litre bottle or 5 litre Jerrycan (with dispensing pump).  

Store below 25°C.

Do not store in the freezer.  

Keep out of reach of children.  

The ingredients used are not on the FEI doping list. Observe applicable rules of your federation during competitions.
