During intense exertion, a horse’s muscles produce lactic acid. This leads to muscle acidity, causing the pH level to drop. As a result, the muscles can become stiff and the horse may move less freely, negatively affecting performance.  

Synovium Lactaplus Sachets contain: ​

Alpha Lipoic Acid: A powerful antioxidant that neutralises free radicals in the body, helping to prevent tissue damage. It also supports the faster breakdown of lactic acid in the muscles after strenuous exercise, promoting recovery.  

B Vitamins: Help to promote calm behaviour and play an important role in the horse’s nervous system. B vitamins are also essential for the body’s energy levels, which muscles require in greater amounts during intense activity.

Horse and pony: add 40 g daily to the feed.
Or divide the daily dose over two feedings (2x 20 g). 

Not suitable for foals. 

For optimal results: add 1 sachet one day before competition or intensive exercise and add 1 sachet to the feed before competition or exercise.  

Or as prescribed by a veterinarian.
