Methylsulphonylmethane is an organically bound sulphur and is an important component for amino acid and protein synthesis in the body (1). Research shows that MSM has an anti-inflammatory effect which has a significant positive effect on the horse's mobility (2,3). In addition, MSM also has an antioxidant effect through which it neutralises free radicals created by oxidative stress during intense exercise in the body (4,5).

Horse: add 30 grams daily to the feed.
Pony: add 15 grams to the feed daily.
Foal: add 7 to 15 grams to the feed daily.

Or as directed by your vet.

One level measuring spoon contains 30 grams.
