Sodium citrate is a sodium salt of citric acid. Sodium salt supports and aids a favourable pH in the cells, which improves muscle movement of the body and has a pefromance-enhancing effect (1,2). The addition of Citric Acid to this supplement reduces physical fatigue after intense exercise (3).
